FEYNLAB™ Self Healing technology was developed in order to eliminate micro-swirls and fine scratches which are inevitable given enough time, even with the strongest or hardest coating on the market (which we coincidentally manufacture). The inevitability of these fine scratches, even when the utmost precaution is taken, is really why this product was developed. The coating will heal itself instantly if heated to above 60 degrees Celcius, removing all fine scratches and micro swirls. At room temperature scratches will heal over a number of days.

FEYNLAB’s pedigree product, developed with extensive field testing and refinement, it is the only true Self-Healing coating available on the market! Though proclaiming it as the greatest development in coating technology since the invention of paint, maybe an exaggeration, this system is certainly the clearest demonstration of how advanced our nanotechnology is compared to all other suppliers of car care products.

The FEYNLAB™ HEAL PLUS is ultra glossy, and improves the “depth of shine” dramatically. It is by far the thickest coating (when cured) currently offered on the market, measuring up to 10 microns (with the mean thickness ~5 microns) with a single application and up to 15 microns when layered. The mechanism behind the healing effect involves using nano scale magnets on the end of the ceramic chains, that when heated vibrate at very high frequency causing the ultimate self leveling effect to occur. It does not turn into a liquid when it heals, but rather a type of superfluid (solid with fluidic properties).

HEAL PLUS is a product that we have been developing over the last 4 years, earlier versions were released under private label, however we decided to pull this product from the market in early 2015 and no longer offer it under private label (it had it’s short-falls). The current version has gone through at least 4 generations of significant developments since then. What we have ended up with is something really special.

Feynlab Self Heal Light

FEYNLAB™ HEAL LITE is a lighter version of HEAL PLUS with shorter application times, while sacrificing some heal-ability.

FEYNLAB™ HEAL LITE is a single-component, single-step coating with roughly 60% healing ability compared to FEYNLAB™ HEAL PLUS. This product is no more difficult to apply than most Ceramic coatings. HEAL LITE is ultra durable, extremely hydrophobic and has excellent UV protection.

This product was developed with darker colored vehicles in mind, where swirl marks and “spider web” scratches are more visible. Micro-swirls are inevitable on darker colored cars, no matter how careful you may be, how many buckets you use during washing or what our competition have promised you about their Ceramic Coatings, micro-swirls just happen. HEAL LITE is our answer to this, heat from the sun will cause the Ceramic Polymer Matrix to re-set, if you are in a rush you could use a hair dryer or some hot water (at your own risk!).

FEYNLAB™ CERAMIC PLUS is the perfect marriage between our Self Healing technology, and our ultra-durable Ceramic technology.

FEYNLAB™ CERAMIC PLUS combines our ultra durable ceramic technology, with our self healing technology.

The Ceramic portion of this product has been modified to maintain a high level of flexibility by using shorter chain ceramic co-polymers, this allows the self-healing portion to function, albeit to a lessen extent than that of the full SELF HEAL PLUS. It also incorporates smart nano-particles that increase the perceived hardness. The nano-particles operate as a dry lubricant, deflecting and reducing scratch or mar intensity. If micro marring does occur, the coating will recover by up to 40%, making these marks less significant and almost invisible on lighter colored paints.

CERAMIC PLUS contains some of the same chemistry found in FEYNLAB™ CERAMIC, and has similar physical properties such as; excellent heat resistance, brilliant gloss, and great water behavior (hydrophobicity).

FEYNLAB™ CERAMIC is a high solids, extremely durable, and glossy coating.

FEYNLAB™ CERAMIC is an ultra-high solids coating that forms a lattice structure of silica, silicon-nitride and silicon-carbide. This gives CERAMIC extreme temperature resistance (up to 750 degrees Celsius), the ultimate scratch resistance, intense gloss, and magnificent hydrophobicity. CERAMIC also provides UV protection, and chemical resistance (acid rain), protecting the paint from fading for many years.

Higher solids coatings are usually much more difficult to apply, and this is a limiting factor when making these products. With FEYNLAB™ CERAMIC ease of application was one of the main targets, and is therefore one of the distinguishing factors of this product compared to our competition. It is exceptionally forgiving as dwell times are up to 25 minutes, meaning the installer can normally coat the entire vehicle and then start the leveling and buffing process, meaning the application can be done in one smooth motion.

Feynlab Ceramic Lite

Ceramic Lite is the “original” and most proven paint protection system. It has been applied to over 60,000 cars (as of Dec. 2016) under various private labels. It is extremely durable, glossy and hydrophobic. It is also the easiest Ceramic coating to apply.

The chemistry used in FEYNLAB™ Ceramic Lite is very similar to the first Ceramic Coating to appear on the market nearly a decade ago (which we manufactured). The “Lite” distinguishment is due to the lower solids content; it is, however, a fully-fledged ceramic coating.

This is an excellent product for an anyone looking at experimenting with Ceramic Coatings on their vehicles, and due to the ease of application, can be done at home. It also sets a great standard for start-up detailers looking at entering the Ceramic paint protection market as the system is very easy to apply, and the opportunity for failure is very small. It is also very economical, and punches well above its weight as far as price is concerned.

The product lays down an ultra-slick, durable, glossy and extremely hydrophobic coating.

Feynlab Ceramic Wheel & Caliper

FEYNLAB™ CERAMIC WHEEL AND CALIPER was specifically designed for the higher temperature environment that wheels and break calipers are exposed to. It is has much higher solids content of over 70%, this means it forms an extremely thick and durable coating.

Feynlab Plastic

Re-polymerizes the surface of plastics, which permanently restores faded plastic parts back to looking like new.

FEYNLAB™ Plastic is used to restore faded plastic trim back to what it would have been like when new. The main goal with this product was not to turn the faded plastic trim parts into highly glossy “jewlery” but rather to restore the trim pieces back to their satin matte finish, as close as possible to how they would have left the factory when new.

The product works through converting and bonding to the oxidised layer of plastic and reforming it back into a material that has structural integrity, color, and will protect itself from fading again. It is recommended that this product is top coated with Universal once fully cured for added UV protection.

Feynlab Plastic Black

Incorporating black pigment for extremely faded trim. It is also slightly glossier than the standard PLASTIC.
