Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F, excluding major Holidays) from the date the order was placed. Most orders arrive within 2-3 days.

Flat Rate & Free Shipping

Our choice of carrier on the following:

Free Shipping on orders over $400 within 48 states
Free Shipping on orders over $100 in California 
$5 Flat Rate Shipping on orders over $100 outside of California

* Shipping promotions exclude oversize and overweight items.

Pricing

Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. This most commonly occurs with orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, orders including hazmat items, or orders including bulk/oversized items.

In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.

Shipping Methods

We ship using UPS and USPS for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.

Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you with shipping info.

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, glass cleaner concentrates, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend UPS Ground for orders weighing less than 150 lbs. For bulk orders we recommend shipping these items via Ground Freight (contact us for quote). For P.O. Box addresses, please ensure your Post Office accepts UPS shipments before selecting this method. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or outside the United States.

Delivery Confirmation for Large Purchases

To protect our customers against stolen or lost packages, orders of high value may require signature upon delivery (purchaser or family member must be present to sign during delivery). To request an Authorization for Driver Release WIthout Signature form, please email info@autoskinz.com and include your order number.

Returns

Retail Customers: We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order. (less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs).
Wholesale Customers: We offer store credit only for all unused and unopened products for up to 30 days following receipt of your order.
Missing or Damaged Items: All missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Defective Products: Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy.
Return Shipping Fees: Customer is responsible for return shipping postage and fees. For items returned which qualified for free shipping, original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
